📋 Description

• Work closely with prospective and existing customers (with a focus on highest-potential accounts) to align their workflows with our technology and demonstrate how it can reduce errors and increase efficiency. • Act as a Fieldwire product expert, collaborating closely with our sales team to help customers realize maximum value from Fieldwire based on their business objectives. • Plan, prepare, and execute strategic engagements within complex sales cycles alongside the sales team throughout the customer lifecycle. • Deliver virtual and in-person demos, training sessions, and workflow consultations for customers. • Advise customers to understand their current workflows and challenges, and proactively recommend how to adapt them to our technology. • Manage a portfolio of new and existing customers to optimize their Fieldwire usage and processes, and build and maintain long-term customer relationships. • Support the product team by identifying issues and relaying customer feedback to drive product improvements. • Engage existing customers in marketing initiatives and events that strengthen Fieldwire's presence in the industry.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the construction industry, ideally as a project engineer, assistant project manager, or project manager. • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. • At least 3 years of professional experience in construction or a related industry, preferably combining field and office management responsibilities and with local construction experience in Germany. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain and present complex topics clearly and understandably. • Diplomacy and patience when handling customer concerns. • Comfort interacting with stakeholders at all levels, from tradespeople to executives and CEOs. • Highly self-motivated, well-organized, with strong critical and analytical thinking skills. • Willingness to spend approximately 50% of working time in customer-facing activities and to travel to team meetings as needed. • Interest in developing and helping shape a dynamic working environment. • Excellent English skills and fluent German (native-level).
