🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in civil engineering, transport planning, rural development, or related field • Minimum of 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in rural transport infrastructure or related sectors • Demonstrated experience working in rural or remote areas and engaging with local community, government, and private sector stakeholders • Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an asset • Commitment to Fika’s mission, values, and ethical standards, including safety, integrity, and inclusion • Ability to work independently, remotely, collaboratively, and across cultures
