📋 Description

• Lead the Banking as a Service (BaaS) product • Serve as the client’s primary point of reference for product decisions • Manage the client relationship during high-pressure situations • Negotiate scope and timelines with the client in partnership with Engineering • Create alignment across the business, Technology, and the client • Communicate priorities to the team and stakeholders • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with the business teams • Lead discovery with the client and technical team • Turn complex contexts into clear direction • Translate data and metrics into product decisions • Anticipate risks and adjust direction accordingly • Prioritize the backlog based on impact, effort, and timelines • Define functional and technical requirements with Engineering and UX • Remove impediments and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards • Oversee the product lifecycle from idea through production

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner for digital products • Experience with financial products, such as BaaS, bank accounts, Pix, cards, or credit • Experience working with demanding B2B clients or managing senior stakeholders • Experience working with agile teams and managing backlogs and roadmaps • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for Technology • Knowledge of product metrics • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Experience working closely with Engineering and UX/UI • Preferred: Experience with high-scale B2B products • Preferred: Background in Technology, Engineering, or a related field • Preferred: Experience in a startup or scale-up
