⢠You play a key role in implementing our solutions for our customers. ⢠You work closely with end users and key users to optimize their business processes and ensure our software is used effectively. ⢠You are responsible for training, supporting, and optimizing product usage to ensure long-term success. ⢠You coordinate cross-functional teams to configure the software optimally and maximize automation. ⢠You collect customer feedback, relay it to the Account Manager (ACM), and work closely with requirements engineering to ensure customer needs are incorporated into product development. ⢠You support user training and act as a functional and technical point of contact for users. ⢠You resolve user issues in close collaboration with technical support and ensure service levels are met.
⢠Experience in financial accounting or tax advisory, ideally in a DATEV environment (customer familiarity / "know your customer") ⢠Experience in project or process management, preferably in a SaaS or DATEV environment (customer- and solution-oriented B2B consulting, results-driven approach, proactive prioritization and execution of tasks) ⢠Inclusive communicator who can easily collaborate with multiple stakeholders (strong communication skills) ⢠Enjoy working in a fast-paced scale-up environment (flexibility and entrepreneurial mindset) ⢠Excellent spoken and written German and English
