📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Risk teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience • Assist with customer onboarding and conduct business reviews under the guidance of the Business Ops Manager • Improve operational processes and internal workflows • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform strategic decisions and process improvements • Support optimization of operational workflows for scalable growth • Identify challenges and propose actionable solutions to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and adoption • Build foundational skills in analysis, communication, and project coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field • Ideally, experience in operations, customer service, or a related area • Excellent English language skills • Exceptional analytical skills • Experience with data analysis tools • Availability to work for 6 months as a full-time intern (40h/week) • Analytical approach to structuring abstract problems into actionable recommendations • Ability to learn quickly and work well in a fast-paced work environment • Willingness to help yourself and others be successful • Ability to give and receive open, direct, and timely feedback • Valid EU work permit for the internship period • Willingness to move to Berlin for the internship period or already being based in Berlin
