📋 Description

• Analyze existing functional shirts and underwear products in terms of fit, pattern/cut, comfort and functionality • Optimize patterns, grading and size charts across different sizes • Develop concrete improvement proposals for existing products • Create, adjust and test patterns • Independently sew samples and prototypes to practically evaluate new pattern solutions • Assess fit, stretch performance, workmanship, seams and wearing comfort • Support the creation and revision of technical product documentation • Work closely with the founding team on product requirements, target customers and implementation options

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in garment technology, pattern development, pattern construction or pattern making • Strong understanding of close-fitting, elastic garments • Experience with jersey, stretch materials, underwear, sportswear, activewear, shapewear or similar product groups • Confident handling of grading, size charts and fit optimization • Ability to independently sew and practically test samples or prototypes is a plus • Technical understanding of construction, seams, material behavior and wearing comfort • Structured, solution-oriented and reliable working style • Experience with functional apparel is a plus • Experience with tech packs, production documentation or supplier communication is also advantageous
