📋 Description

• As a Customer Service Agent, you are the interface between FINN and our customers. • You assist with telephone inquiries and handle written tickets to provide our customers with an excellent experience. • With your strong service orientation, you help ensure that our customer service remains among the best in the industry.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required. If you have worked in another field or are looking for a new challenge, you are welcome to apply. We'll teach you everything you need. • You are communicative, empathetic, and enjoy helping others. • You approach problems proactively and resolve them decisively. • You are curious, enjoy learning, and are open to understanding different issues and people. • Even when things get busy, you keep an overview and find pragmatic solutions. • You have excellent German (C2) and good English skills (B1).
