📋 Description

• Transform extensive account and transaction data into meaningful features, scores, and forecasts using Python and SQL • Develop machine learning models to detect and categorize account transactions, and independently deploy them to production • Monitor and continuously improve model quality and accuracy • Test new approaches involving LLMs and contribute innovative ideas to intelligent analytics solutions • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Development • Help shape new data-driven solutions for customers • Present results convincingly and make complex models easy to understand • Take ownership of your own areas of responsibility and support the expansion of the customer base

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a comparable role in banking, fintech, or finance • Proficient in Python and commonly used data science tools • Strong SQL skills; experience with Google BigQuery is a plus • Experience taking models from initial concept through to production deployment • Knowledge of version control, monitoring, and deployment • Strong analytical thinking • Solid understanding of statistics • Excellent awareness of data quality • Ability to explain complex relationships clearly and effectively • Fluent communication skills in German • Willingness to travel to Kassel for office days approximately once per quarter
