📋 Description
• Be the analytical lead embedded across four product teams • Translate product hypotheses into measurable analytical questions • Design and evaluate experiments and A/B tests • Monitor product performance and surface early signals of impact • Build decisioning frameworks and maintain success metrics • Collaborate with functions on shared models and KPIs
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record of managing competing priorities • Strong communication skills to explain reasoning clearly • Fluent in SQL and comfortable prototyping in Python or notebooks • Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field • Energized by bootstrapping a data culture from a blank slate
