📋 Description

• Lead a team of 6-8 analysts, including hiring and performance management • Manage the team’s workload together with product managers • Ensure the quality of the extracted data • Select the right tools for data extraction and crawling for the team • Ensure timely delivery of extracted data and reports

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading a technical team • Strong understanding of good practices, like version control or code reviews • Hands on experience building robust and scalable crawlers • Solid understanding of data structures and data models • Project and task management skills • Basic understanding of Python
