📋 Description

• Design and build new features for the Android application used by business owners across Europe • Architect and implement solutions for multi-account cash flow management • Develop banking transactions and payments functionality • Build physical and virtual card issuance, activation, and control features • Implement AI-powered accounting automation • Build polished, responsive UIs using Jetpack Compose • Own code quality, performance, and stability through automated testing and thorough code reviews • Collaborate with Backend, QA, Design, and Product teams on end-to-end solutions • Drive technical decisions within the domain and identify opportunities for improvement • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and mobile best practices • Mentor engineers and help shape architecture decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial Android development experience • Strong knowledge of Kotlin; Java knowledge is a plus • Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID, and Clean Architecture • Experience with MVI, MVVM, and MVP presentation-layer patterns • Experience with RxJava and Kotlin Coroutines / Flow • Experience with Dagger 2, Hilt, or Koin • Experience with Retrofit • Experience with Cicerone or Jetpack Navigation Component • Experience with Jetpack Compose • Practical experience with Firebase, including FCM, Analytics, and Crashlytics • Experience with feature-module architecture in production • Confidence with Git / GitLab, including maintaining GitLab CI/CD • Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences • Fintech or financial products background is a nice-to-have • Mobile security best practices are a nice-to-have • Performance profiling and optimization experience is a nice-to-have • Experience with Android Profiler, Perfetto, Baseline Profiles, or similar is a nice-to-have • Published Google Play apps are a nice-to-have • Active GitHub profile is a nice-to-have • Experience with AI agents, LLM tools, and AI-powered IDE tools is a nice-to-have
