📋 Description

• Create robust, scalable financial infrastructure • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Understand the why behind the products and challenge assumptions • Discuss trade-offs with product managers and design end-to-end solutions • Take ownership of code and outcomes • Ensure quality through automated testing and security best practices

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional backend development with a product engineering mindset • Excellent knowledge of .NET platform and C# • Hands-on experience architecting and evolving distributed systems in production • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and engineers from other disciplines • Strong business acumen – you understand how your work connects to company objectives • Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences • A builder's mentality: you care deeply about shipping great products, not just writing great code
