📋 Description

• Monitor payment performance metrics and KPIs to identify unusual patterns, emerging issues, and optimisation opportunities • Analyse transaction data and payment trends, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to payment performance and revenue • Investigate payment and integration issues using API requests, logs, Postman, browser developer tools, and monitoring systems • Support payment configuration and transaction routing optimisation based on performance data and business needs • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives, product development, and client requests • Present analytical findings and actionable recommendations to technical and business stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher, with the ability to communicate insights clearly through presentations and written reports • Strong SQL skills, including query optimisation and database performance tuning • Understanding of HTTP, APIs, REST, SOAP, JSON, and web technologies, with hands-on experience using Postman or similar tools and browser developer tools • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI, preferably Tableau • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and predictive modelling • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a sense of ownership, and the ability to collaborate across teams • Experience working with payment systems, gateways, acquirers, or payment service providers • Understanding of payment flows, card schemes, merchant requirements, and transaction routing • Background in technical support, integration support, or technical account management • Programming or scripting experience, including working with APIs • Familiarity with AI tools and their applications in data analysis and payment optimisation • Russian language proficiency
