📋 Description

• Lead negotiations for moderately complex supplier renewals and new purchases across Technology and Non-Technology products/services • Negotiate commercial positions, price protection, expansion tables, true-up terms and payment terms to optimize total cost of ownership and minimize risk • Manage the Procure to Pay process, including purchase orders, invoicing and payment, while following procurement policies • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategies supporting company financial and growth objectives • Own assigned procurement work and serve as the procurement subject matter expert • Provide exceptional customer service through quality and timely completion of assigned work

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, information technology or finance • Experience leading commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers of Technology and Non-Technology products/services, including Order Forms, Master Agreements, Statements of Work and Amendments • Experience driving cost savings through supplier negotiations • Understanding of common contractual clauses • Experience redlining/crafting contract language in partnership with the legal team • Expertise in procurement, including identifying total cost of ownership and savings opportunities while minimizing risk and maximizing business flexibility • Executive-level written and verbal communication skills • Ability to operate independently and with urgency, curiosity and integrity • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload based on changing business requirements • Ability to develop relationships quickly and tactfully influence cross-functionally
