• Operational and technical support • Analyze and resolve incidents in AWS environments (N2/N3 level) • Investigate root causes of failures in data services and infrastructure • Perform troubleshooting related to performance, availability, and cost • Provide technical support to initial support tiers • Monitoring and observability • Monitor and analyze metrics from AWS services, including: Redshift, EC2, EMR, Athena, SQS, DynamoDB, Lambda, S3 • Identify performance bottlenecks and operational risks • Create and enhance alerting and monitoring mechanisms • Identify opportunities to improve performance, cost, and stability • Recommend preventive actions to avoid incidents • Automate operational and monitoring routines • Support the definition of cloud architecture best practices • Contribute to the evolution of data platform governance • Support vulnerability analysis and remediation guidance • Support the preparation of monthly technical reports
• Strong experience with AWS in production environments • Hands-on experience with: EC2 (monitoring and troubleshooting), CloudWatch (metrics, logs, and alarms), S3 • Experience analyzing and resolving infrastructure incidents • Previous experience in N2/N3 technical support or AMS • Experience with performance analysis (CPU, memory, disk, I/O) • Knowledge of cloud architecture, preferably data-oriented • Ability to work autonomously in critical scenarios
