📋 Description

• Operate and maintain the n8n environment, ensuring availability and stability of production workflows • Respond to incidents at N1/N2/N3 levels, performing diagnosis, remediation, prevention, and performance optimization • Monitor executions, analyze logs, and implement best practices for governance, versioning, and documentation • Design and maintain complex workflows involving APIs, webhooks, integrations with SaaS platforms, databases, ERPs, and CRMs • Implement conditional logic, exception handling, and error flows • Support the design of automation architectures and, when necessary, develop custom nodes • Define technical standards for workflows and support CI/CD implementation • Structure and evolve Dev / Staging / Prod environments • Review workers and queue (Queue Mode) architecture, participating in capacity planning • Define monitoring metrics, logging standards, alerts, and support the definition of SLIs and SLOs • Conduct training and enablement for technical and non-technical users • Produce documentation and support materials • Support onboarding and promote a culture of automation and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with n8n in production environments • Proficiency with Webhooks, HTTP Request, Expressions, and Error Workflows • Experience with self-hosted environments (Docker, VM, or Cloud) • Integration with REST APIs and advanced JSON handling • Intermediate to advanced JavaScript • Git for version control • Knowledge of SQL and integration with relational databases • Experience with Queue Mode and worker architectures
