📋 Description

• Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and stakeholders' needs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, data, and business stakeholders, to ensure high-impact deliveries • Translate business requirements into clear, detailed user stories for the development team • Perform data analysis and interpretation to support strategic decisions and identify improvement opportunities • Facilitate planning sessions, backlog refinement, and product demonstrations • Manage stakeholder expectations by promoting transparent and effective communication • Lead the definition of the product vision, aligning it with the company's strategic objectives • Monitor market trends and apply best practices to improve product strategy and execution • Ensure reduction of registration issues — responsible for driving these initiatives, functionally specifying rules, understanding business needs, and documenting them

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in similar roles • Deep business understanding and experience mapping business rules • Knowledge of banking products, customer registration processes, data governance, and defining business rules for registration • Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product initiatives to organizational outcomes
