📋 Description

• Maintain and structure the Product Backlog • Write user stories for agile software development • Clarify requirements together with Product Management and translate them into actionable work packages • Support the development team throughout the sprints and serve as the primary point of contact for business-related questions • Take on a share of functional second-level support, analyze inquiries, and coordinate solutions with Development and Product Management • Contribute to the functional coordination of releases • Support Product Management with roadmap planning and the further development of the product vision • Ensure transparent and up-to-date documentation of requirements, decisions, and status

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in agile software development and project management, ideally as a Product Owner • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence • Excellent written and spoken German • Strong technical understanding and a structured approach to analyzing complex processes • Programming skills are not required • Pragmatic, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work • Team-oriented, curious, and eager to learn • Nice to have: Experience in claims management, ideally in the automotive sector • Nice to have: Knowledge of XML, JSON, or SQL • Nice to have: Experience with AI applications and AI agents
