📋 Description

• Own the why and what of the healthcare products • Derive goals, KPIs, and success metrics from the product strategy and company objectives • Analyze the market, competition, and trends in the health IT environment • Consolidate and assess problems, requests for improvement, and ideas to identify opportunities • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research with healthcare professionals, IT managers, and decision-makers • Synthesize research findings to support prioritization and roadmap planning • Evaluate use cases and identify and prioritize initiatives • Develop business cases together with the Head of Product • Own product analytics and tracking, including events, KPIs, and dashboards • Measure product KPIs and success metrics based on usage, customer, and market data • Monitor changes to gematik specifications, the TI Matrix, and regulatory requirements, and translate them into product implications • Prepare launches with Sales, Marketing, and Support • Measure adoption and impact after launch and derive optimization measures • Use AI for research, analysis, and synthesis, and assess AI opportunities in products

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management for B2B/B2C software, ideally SaaS • Demonstrated experience in healthcare or health IT • Experience working with hospitals, medical practices, health insurers, or health IT providers, and an understanding of healthcare workflows • Knowledge of the telematics infrastructure (TI) and gematik specifications, as well as applications such as TI-Messenger and KIM • Experience in market analysis, competitive analysis, ROI assessment, and business cases • Experience with opportunity management and prioritization frameworks • Experience with qualitative and quantitative discovery and research methods • Strong data literacy: defining KPIs and success metrics, analyzing usage data, and deriving decisions from it • Confident and critical use of AI tools for research and analysis • Basic technical understanding • Excellent communication and facilitation skills • Native-level German • Good command of English • Nice to have: experience with hospital IT environments (HIS, practice management systems), Jira Product Discovery or comparable tools, and product analytics tools • Based in Germany or another EU/EEA country
