📋 Description

• Further develop the broker through which hundreds of thousands of people trade and build wealth • Take responsibility for an initiative or several work packages within a larger project • Work closely with a Senior Product Manager • Develop features related to portfolios and savings • Improve trading and order flows • Develop new products and asset classes • Develop AI-powered features • Ownership: Drive initiatives or work packages from idea to launch and continue developing them afterward • Discovery: Talk to users, analyze data, and test hypotheses • Delivery: Define scope with Design and Engineering, write user stories, manage the backlog, and accept features • Measure impact: Set goals, measure results after launch, and optimize based on data • Use AI in day-to-day work and contribute product ideas for meaningful AI applications

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of product management experience in the capital markets sector • Curiosity and a genuine desire to understand what customers need when trading and investing • A structured, execution-focused approach, even when things become challenging • Eagerness to learn and grow into greater responsibility • Enthusiasm for trading and investing – this is a must
