📋 Description

• Further develop the SaaS platform for mortgage brokers in collaboration with Engineering and Design • Identify user needs and set product priorities • Guide features from ideation through release • Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and stakeholder requirements • Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria • Support the development of new functionality with Engineering, UX/Design, and Compliance • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog • Actively contribute to refinements, sprint reviews, and prioritization workshops • Use product analytics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and validate hypotheses • Base product decisions on data • Serve as the team’s primary point of contact for product-related questions • Ensure transparent alignment with stakeholders and other product teams • Use AI tools for product discovery, analysis, and specification writing • Share AI-related experiences and insights with the team

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Product Management, as a Product Owner, or in a comparable role • Ideally, experience at a technology or SaaS company • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria • Analytical, user-centric mindset, with the ability to use data and feedback to inform product decisions and prioritization • Clear communication skills and the ability to bring together different perspectives • Enjoyment of working with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders • Interest in artificial intelligence and active use of AI tools • Fluent German proficiency • Good English skills • Initial experience with AI-powered product features, such as LLM-based applications or automated document processing, is a plus but not required • Knowledge of the financial, FinTech, or another regulated environment is a plus but not required
