📋 Description

• Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and stakeholder requirements • Translate product requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria • Support the development of new features with Engineering, UX/Design, and Compliance from concept through release • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog • Actively contribute to refinements, sprint reviews, and prioritization workshops • Use product analytics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and validate hypotheses • Make data-driven product decisions • Serve as the central point of contact for product-related questions within the team • Coordinate transparently with stakeholders and other product teams • Use AI tools for product discovery, analysis, and specification creation • Share AI-related experiences and insights with the team • Further develop the SaaS CRM platform for mortgage brokers in collaboration with Engineering and Design • Take ownership of your product area and support features from idea through release

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Product Management, as a Product Owner, or in a comparable role • Ideally, experience in a technology or SaaS company • Ability to structure complex business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria • Analytical, user-focused approach, using data and feedback to inform product decisions and prioritization • Clear communication skills and the ability to bring together different perspectives • Willingness to work closely with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders • Interest in artificial intelligence and active use of AI tools • Fluent German • Good command of English • Initial experience with AI-powered product features, such as LLM-based applications or automated document processing, is a plus but not required • Knowledge of the financial, FinTech, or another regulated environment is a plus but not required
