📋 Description

• Drive the ongoing development of the broker • Own one initiative or multiple work packages within a larger project and work closely with a Senior Product Manager • Lead initiatives and work packages from ideation through launch, and continue developing them afterward • Speak with users, analyze data, and validate hypotheses before development begins • Define scope with Design and Engineering, write user stories, manage the backlog, and accept features • Set clear goals for features, measure success after launch, and optimize based on data • Use AI in your daily work and identify meaningful applications for it within the product • Work on areas such as brokerage account and savings features, trading and order flows, new products and asset classes, and AI-powered features

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of product management experience in the capital markets sector • Curiosity and a genuine desire to understand what users need when trading and investing • Ability to execute in a structured way, even when faced with challenges • Eagerness to learn and grow into greater responsibility • Passion for trading and investing – this is a must
