📋 Description

• Lead sprint planning and ensure effective project delivery • Directly manage part of the development team, fostering collaboration and growth • Oversee system architecture during design reviews, ensuring optimal solutions • Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and gather requirements • Take ownership of the full development cycle, from specifications through design, coding, and unit testing • Ensure high standards of quality, performance, and reliability across all software products

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing large engineering teams, including multiple team leaders and cross-functional teams (developers and QA) • Strong experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum or similar) • Proven experience working with mission-critical, high-availability systems • Direct interaction with external customers, including involvement in gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions • Experience as a system architect, with a solid understanding of large-scale, complex software systems • Expertise in developing high-performance software, code optimization, and latency measurement • Solid knowledge of Linux environments, with a strong background in multi-threading and multi-processing • Strong hands-on/technical background in C++ programming • At least 7 years of hands-on software development experience in a related field • Fluency in English is essential • Advantage: Experience in the financial industry and algorithmic trading • Advantage: Experience in .NET / C#
