📋 Description

• Own customer integration challenges end-to-end across distributed AI systems • Bring new customers live by mapping data formats and validating pipelines from 10 stores through 100 and 1,000 stores • Manage live production configuration for dozens of active deployments, including store configurations and feature flags • Build tooling to reduce manual deployment work and accelerate future deployments • Work directly with customers to explain incidents, own fixes, and close the loop • Lead high-quality deployments and own onboarding and integrations end-to-end • Act as a senior engineer helping define how the Customer Integration function grows

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hybrid experience, including production coding and direct work with external stakeholders • Strong Python, including Pandas and NumPy • API-first mindset; ability to design clean contracts and composable interfaces • Systems thinking and ability to analyze complex distributed systems • Solid SQL and data work, including diagnostic queries, tracing data inconsistencies, ETL and transformation pipelines • Working knowledge of distributed systems, Kafka, async pipelines, and caching layers • Clear technical communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • GCP, Kubernetes, or Helm experience is nice to have • Ability to work remotely in Poland
