📋 Description

• Design scalable and performant applications, systems, and infrastructure for large software projects using MongoDB • Guide customers on MongoDB architecture patterns and optimization strategies, and communicate business value to stakeholders • Collaborate with sales on account planning, opportunity prioritization and qualification, pipeline generation, technical discovery, demos, proofs of value, presentations, sizing, and documentation • Generate demand within the sales territory through technical initiatives and industry or account-based marketing events • Foster customer relationships, build champions, and ensure customer success and satisfaction • Innovate and improve MongoDB solutions and processes by relaying field feedback to the product team • Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members • Engage in ongoing training and professional development • Learn and apply MongoDB database, Atlas, cloud, data, AI, microservices, DevOps, security, Kafka, and Kubernetes technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of related industry experience, ideally 2 years in a customer-facing role • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with modern scripting languages such as Python, Node.js, or SQL and/or programming languages such as C/C++, Java, or C# • Experience implementing scalable and highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on-premises • Ability to review complex application architectures and provide technology guidance • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work with a cross-functional sales team through an end-to-end deal cycle • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Fluency in German, both verbal and written
