📋 Description

• Design and ship features in a large production Flutter codebase used by real customers • Own architecture decisions involving state management, modularization, data layers, and integration of new code • Collaborate with backend engineers on API contracts • Collaborate with product and design teams to determine valuable features • Maintain quality through code review, automated tests, and CI/CD • Monitor crash rates, performance, funnel drop-off, and act on data after releases • Handle payments, deep links, push notifications, offline behavior, and app store releases • Mentor mid-level engineers and improve team engineering practices • Build customer-facing white-label ordering apps for restaurants across the region

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and shipping mobile applications • 3+ years focused on Flutter/Dart in production • Strong grasp of Flutter internals, including widget lifecycle, rendering, rebuild behavior, and diagnosing jank • Experience with structured architecture such as Clean Architecture or layered architecture • Experience with state management such as BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider • Comfortable with dependency injection and repository patterns • Ability to write code that is testable by design • Experience with unit, widget, and integration tests • Experience with platform channels, native SDKs, and iOS and Android build configuration • Experience shipping apps to the App Store and Play Store • Good communication in English and comfort writing things down
