📋 Description

• Engineer new versions of NoSQL databases, evaluate security patches, provide L3 support, and handle technology management and GRC • Design and maintain production-grade infrastructure using Terraform with version-controlled, automated deployments • Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting using Dynatrace; define and track SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets • Build internal tooling and documentation for application developers while maintaining compliance and governance • Monitor cloud consumption and implement cost-saving strategies such as Committed Use Discounts and compute rightsizing • Enforce security best practices using IAM roles, Workload Identity, and Organization Policy Service; ensure RTO and RPO requirements • Implement secure AI Client-to-MCP Server authentication using GCP IAM Workload Identity and OAuth2 • Implement end-to-end tracing from AI Agent to MCP Server to GCP Data Source • Architect high-availability and disaster-recovery solutions for NoSQL databases • Write and assist developers with Terraform, Blueprints, and APIs • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Deliver database features through GitHub repository enhancements • Develop observability dashboards and integrate GCP database logs with Dynatrace, including DQL-based anomaly detection • Design and implement non-relational database solutions on GCP • Provision, configure, and optimize database infrastructure through query tuning, indexing, and capacity planning • Migrate on-premises databases to GCP with data integrity and minimal downtime • Develop and maintain logical and physical data models • Implement database security controls and encryption using Peach dashboard and Cycode • Monitor database performance and resolve issues using Dynatrace, Query Insights, and System Insights • Write, review, and deploy Terraform code; maintain service module repositories • Design and maintain Miro board diagrams and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, information technology or a technology related field • Minimum of 7 years of overall IT experience • 3 years of experience in database administration or engineering • Strong knowledge in GCP non-relational databases including Mongo Atlas, Neo4j AuraDB, Firestore, Bigtable, Memorystore for Redis, and Memorystore for Valkey • GCP Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer certification preferred • Experience with Cloud Run and Cloud Functions for event-driven architectures • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps, Terraform, VS Code, GitHub, Python, and Cloud Run
