📋 Description

• Define and execute measurable growth initiatives focused on acquiring and retaining customers for Forterro’s Windows & Doors Portfolio in France. • Develop and implement scalable, efficient, and measurable growth marketing plans aligned with regional business objectives in collaboration with the sales team. • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition and pipeline generation. • Own the demand generation funnel and create relevant buyer journeys to deliver measurable business value and optimize conversion rates. • Analyze campaign performance and use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve results. • Manage the NSS budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. • Collaborate with Content Marketing, Digital, BDRs, external agencies, and SEO/SEA colleagues. • Align marketing initiatives with sales goals and ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up processes. • Translate acquisition-funnel data insights into impactful, measurable initiatives. • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify opportunities and adapt strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, CRM, Sales, or equivalent qualification. • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and preferably within the software industry. • Strong analytical skills and a structured, self-driven approach to work. • Excellent communication skills with a high level of customer and team orientation. • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and familiarity with Google Suite (Analytics, Search Console, etc.). • Fluent English and French (written and spoken); any other European language is a plus. • Ideally, prior management experience. • Willingness to travel as required.
