📋 Description
• Handle and resolve customer-related legal matters as per UK law. • Review, apply, and implement Employment Laws applicable in both UK and Pakistan. • Manage and advise on all legal matters concerning the company, including contracts, policies, disputes, and regulatory requirements. • Provide legal support to Customer Care and HR departments, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. • Stay updated on relevant legislation and advise management on potential risks or required policy updates.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) • Strong knowledge of UK law and Pakistan law (must) • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate legal advisory roles • Experience handling employment law, contract law, and customer-related legal matters • Excellent communication and drafting skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
