📋 Description

• All aspects of site management, from selection of study sites through to close-out • Support with training, mentoring and development of new staff, e.g. during co-monitoring visits at study sites • Participation in client-specific working groups and other internal projects as a Subject Matter Expert

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Health Management, Pharmacology, (Veterinary) Medicine, etc. • Alternatively, completed vocational training in health/care or equivalent professional experience in clinical research (e.g. Study Nurse, Research Nurse, Study Coordinator, etc.) • Professional experience in independent monitoring of clinical trials in Germany, gained at a CRO or a pharmaceutical company • Good knowledge of applicable German and international regulations for clinical trials, e.g. ICH/GCP • Strong organizational skills, empathy, and a careful, detail-oriented working style • Excellent communication skills with business-fluent German and good spoken and written English are a must
