📋 Description

• Own day-to-day execution for the Inventory & Orders module • Author detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications for safety stock thresholds, order-at-risk dashboards, and AI-assisted stock transfer recommendations • Translate ambiguous customer requirements into structured, engineering-ready backlog items • Own sprint-level backlog grooming with the engineering manager • Conduct structured discovery sessions with supply chain planners, procurement leads, and operations teams • Synthesize customer feedback, field notes, and survey data into prioritized problem statements and product hypotheses • Maintain feedback loops with pilot customers and identify adoption gaps • Define integration requirements for ERP, warehouse management, and demand planning data flows via SFTP, API, and EDI • Work with Solutions Engineering to validate integration feasibility, data freshness, and schema mapping • Identify and escalate data quality risks during customer deployments • Partner with engineering, design, and Solutions Engineering from discovery through general availability • Coordinate with Customer Success during pilot rollouts • Support pre-sales activities with product, integration, and roadmap clarity

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in product management, supply chain operations, procurement, or demand planning • Demonstrated understanding of inventory and procurement workflows, including safety stock parameters, days-of-supply calculations, MRP outputs, and order fulfillment processes • Ability to write clear, structured product specifications and acceptance criteria • Comfort owning integration requirement discussions, including data flow, feed latency tradeoffs, and schema mapping without needing to write code • Experience with B2B SaaS product tooling: Jira, Confluence, or equivalent • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working across time zones in a remote or hybrid environment • Prior experience at a supply chain software company, shipper/manufacturer, or supply chain consulting practice preferred • Familiarity with ERP and WMS ecosystems such as SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, and HighJump preferred • Exposure to AI/ML-assisted recommendations in an operational supply chain context preferred • Background as a demand planner, procurement analyst, or supply chain operations professional transitioned into a product or technical role preferred • Experience with supply chain visibility platforms or similar real-time logistics and inventory products preferred • Familiarity with KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turnover, case fill rate, and days of supply preferred
