📋 Description
• Own conversion rate optimization for 1–2 e-commerce brands • Plan, prioritize, and run split tests across key pages and funnels • Drive continuous improvement in conversion rate, AOV, and overall profitability • Analyze user behavior, funnel data, and test results to identify opportunities • Build clear test hypotheses and maintain a structured testing roadmap • Work closely with designers, developers, and web designers to execute tests • Monitor experiment performance and turn insights into next actions • Share learnings and recommendations with stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience running A/B or split tests in e-commerce • Strong understanding of CRO metrics, AOV, and profitability drivers • Comfortable working with data, analytics, and experiment results • Experience collaborating with design and development teams • Ability to take ownership and make decisions based on performance outcomes • Strong communication skills and clear thinking.
