📋 Description
• Own the accounting function across entities • Manage and oversee bookkeepers • Ensure consistent accounting policies and documentation across entities • Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple entities • Review general ledgers and ensure transactions are properly recorded and classified • Lead month-end close and prepare financial reporting
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting manager or Controller-level roles • Prior experience managing bookkeepers or accounting teams • Experience in working with multiple clients. • Familiarity with trusts and estate structures highly desirable
