📋 Description

• Process all assigned orders promptly • Navigate logistical challenges for each order to find an optimal solution • Coordinate order timelines with Campus Managers, Clients, Vendors, and Decorators • Work on projects and campaigns as required • Coordinate logistics campaigns involving overseas and domestic vendors • Reduce costs and increase profit margins for orders • Help deliver orders faster than standard turnaround times

🎯 Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in Operations/Logistics • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Able to work on complex tasks under tight timelines • Able to make decisions without direct supervision • Fluent in English • Excellent communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Goal-driven • Proactive • In love with challenges • Calm under pressure • Open to change • Able to work either 10 AM–7 PM EST or 2 PM–11 PM EST
