📋 Description
• Process all assigned orders promptly • Navigate logistical challenges for each order and find optimal solutions • Coordinate order timelines with Campus Managers, Clients, Vendors, and Decorators • Work on projects and campaigns as required • Coordinate logistics campaigns involving overseas and domestic vendors • Reduce costs and increase profit margins for orders • Expedite orders to meet shortened delivery timelines • Report to an Operations Manager • Handle orders with autonomy and decision-making responsibility
🎯 Requirements
• 2–6 years of experience in Operations/Logistics • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Ability to work on complex tasks under tight timelines • Ability to make decisions without direct supervision • Fluent in English • Excellent communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Goal-driven • Proactive • Comfortable solving challenging problems • Calm under pressure • Open to change
