📋 Description
• Identify new market opportunities and develop product and technology strategies for the Die Cast industry in Indonesia • Conduct marketing development activities aligned with Chem-Trend fundamentals • Analyze Die Cast market trends and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction • Provide product and technical support to distributors for technology introduction • Support management analysis, monthly forecasting, and regular product reviews • Develop and maintain customer and distributor relationships • Negotiate business growth opportunities and conduct regular customer visits • Organize and participate in trade shows, conventions, and seminars
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related discipline • At least 5 years of industry experience • 2 years in a managerial position • Preferred experience in technical support and industry-related marketing activities • Good command of spoken and written English • Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and proactive with excellent time management
