📋 Description

• Comply with the itinerary of visits according to the work plan • Deliver daily evidence of stores visited and register entry and exit through the DATA PROM application • Load and unload merchandise, remove merchandise from the warehouse, and fill shelves • Arrange shelves and execute planograms, including maintenance, order, cleaning, rearrangement, and frontage • Make store orders from own cedis to stores and manage inventories • Ensure system and physical inventory match • Communicate prices and signs correctly • Negotiate additional shelf space, promotional displays, and preferential spaces in stores • Support promotional actions through placement of POP and promotional material • Report predefined KPIs • Report competitor activities, including promotions, new products, and in-and-outs • Clarify client and consumer questions about the category

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in guiding, leading and motivating a team • Experience in leading on-site negotiations and execution of planograms • Experience in leading and developing points of sale • Good knowledge of trade structure and sales-force management • Strong knowledge and understanding of local trade, customers and competitors
