📋 Description

• Assist with implementing BEPS-compliant transfer pricing systems • Prepare and file transfer pricing documents, including Master Files and Local Files • Monitor deadlines and filing obligations globally according to statutory law and OECD requirements • Assist with purchasing and quality-reviewing benchmark studies • Prepare license benchmark studies using RoyaltyStat or ktMINE • Assist in developing and rolling out intercompany agreements supporting transfer pricing transactions • Provide multinational guidance on implementing intercompany agreements • Analyze and calculate tax additions, such as those resulting from unbilled recharges • Train Freudenberg Group personnel on transfer pricing governance topics, including TP documentation and intercompany agreements • Provide ad hoc support to the Senior Manager Transfer Pricing Compliance and Director Transfer Pricing and Global Tax Processes

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Tax Law • At least 2 years relevant work experience in a transfer pricing role with a large multinational group or established tax consultancy firm, preferably in a Big 4 environment • Qualification in international tax • Good knowledge of OECD and country-specific transfer pricing regulations and mechanisms • Understanding of and affinity for IT systems, including ERP systems, consolidation systems, or Operational Transfer Pricing solutions • Familiarity with Business Process Mapping software such as Signavio • Knowledge of TP documentation systems and software such as PwC globalDoc • Knowledge of database solutions such as TP Catalyst or RoyaltyStat is beneficial • Strong organizational skills and interest in improving processes and ways of working • Openness to learning new technologies, contributing ideas, and continuously developing existing processes • Ability to build expertise in Transfer Pricing and take ownership of assigned tasks • Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and contribute to projects while developing professional knowledge and skills • High level of personal integrity and comfort dealing with ambiguity • Ability to balance good governance and high quality service levels • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly and simply with intercultural sensitivity to TP non-experts • Fluent in English, written and oral • Additional language skills, such as German, are advantageous
