• End-to-end responsibility for the MM process in contract bottling • You ensure consistent, clean and auditable processes between contract bottlers and our SAP S/4HANA. • Control and stabilization of system integration • You take end-to-end responsibility for the integration chain: Bottler → BTP → SAP S/4HANA. This includes monitoring, analyzing and resolving interface errors (IDocs, APIs, mapping) and building robust monitoring and governance structures across the entire P2P landscape. • Data quality, automation and process optimization • You ensure consistent movement, consumption and inventory data and work closely with Finance, SCM, Production and DataHub. At the same time, you identify and implement automation opportunities to sustainably stabilize supply chain processes. • Change requests, ticket management and partner management • You prioritize and manage MM and integration issues, coordinate external partners and ensure that functional, technical and procedural changes are implemented consistently. • Partner management • You empower key users through clear documentation, process designs and SOPs with the goal of building internal expertise.
• Strong SAP MM expertise, including production, goods receipt, inventory, consumption and pricing. • “Purchase-to-Pay” is not just a buzzword for you — you understand IT process challenges in a complex supply chain. • Experience with contract bottlers, production partners or FMCG manufacturing. • Deep knowledge of interface processes (IDoc, BTP Integration Suite, APIs). • Understanding of master data logic, warehouse management, quality and deviation management. • Ability to act in a structured and pragmatic way when technical issues occur. • Communication skills: Clear communication with bottlers, both internal and external. Basic German language skills are advantageous. • High ownership mentality: You keep processes and data intact, even when it gets difficult. • Entrepreneurial: You take initiative and drive projects forward with a hands-on mindset. • Community-oriented: You enjoy connecting people and teams, think across departments and feel at home in interface roles. You foster real team spirit and shared success. • Independent: You work autonomously, make clear decisions and take full responsibility for your areas. • Location is Hamburg and close proximity is important, as we meet in the office three times a week. You must be authorized and hold a valid work permit for Germany.
