📋 Description

• Own analytics and reporting supporting the Portfolio Development team, focused on SKU productivity and capital allocation across 20,000+ SKUs • Work hands-on with the CEO and Product Strategy stakeholders to identify strategic questions and build analysis and reporting • Apply statistical methods such as conjoint analysis and multivariate regression to identify product attributes driving productivity • Provide data-driven guidance on portfolio expansion, contraction, or shifts • Identify and control for confounders including stock-outs, new or discontinued SKUs, and seasonality • Identify source data inconsistencies and correct or clean production records in Snowflake • Work with upstream platform owners to improve source data and downstream analytics accuracy • Present findings independently to technical and non-technical executive audiences • Recommend and maintain recurring analytics and reporting on SKU productivity • Use AI to accelerate data exploration, automate repetitive reporting, catch errors, and increase output

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years in data science, analytics, statistics in similar SKU-driven businesses • Solid grounding in statistics or operations research, including regression, hypothesis testing, multivariate analysis, and optimization • Strong SQL and Python • Hands-on Snowflake experience, including writing back to correct or clean production data • Track record of presenting findings and challenging assumptions directly with senior stakeholders and executives • Independent execution and ability to set analysis priorities against business goals • Curiosity and ability to investigate underlying causes of data patterns • Understanding of SKU-level economics, including sell-through, margin, inventory position, and lifecycle stage • Treats data quality as part of the job and corrects root causes directly • Hands-on experience applying AI/ML in a business context for task automation • Strong English communication skills and a high ownership mindset
