📋 Description

• Own analytics and reporting supporting the Portfolio Development team, focusing on SKU productivity and capital allocation across 20,000+ SKUs • Work with the CEO and Product Strategy stakeholders to understand strategic questions and build analysis and reporting • Apply statistical methods such as conjoint analysis and multivariate regression to identify product attributes driving productivity • Translate findings into guidance on portfolio expansion, contraction, or shifts • Identify and control for confounders such as stock-outs, new or discontinued SKUs, and seasonality • Identify data inconsistencies at the source and correct records in Snowflake • Work with upstream platform owners to improve source data and downstream analytics • Present findings independently to technical and non-technical executive audiences • Recommend and maintain recurring analytics and reporting on SKU productivity • Use AI to explore data, automate reporting, catch errors, and increase analytical output

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years in data science, analytics, or statistics in similar SKU-driven businesses • Solid grounding in statistics or operations research, including regression, hypothesis testing, multivariate analysis, and optimization • Strong SQL and Python • Hands-on Snowflake experience, including writing back to correct or clean production data • Track record of presenting findings and challenging assumptions directly with senior stakeholders and executives • Independent execution and ability to set analysis priorities against business goals • Curiosity and ability to investigate data until conclusions are robust • Understanding of SKU-level economics, including sell-through, margin, inventory position, and lifecycle stage • Experience treating data quality issues by investigating root causes and correcting them directly • Hands-on experience applying AI/ML in a business context for task automation • Strong English communication skills and a high ownership mindset
