📋 Description

• Support the planning and coordination of marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content. • Work closely with internal teams including SEO, paid media, designers, copywriters, and the web team. • Contribute to Verz Design’s own marketing performance by supporting initiatives such as website enhancements, testimonials, case studies, press release planning, and social media calendar management. • Collaborate with web and digital teams to refine web pages, landing pages, and content layouts aligned with conversion-focused strategies. • Develop client testimonials, with a focus on video testimonials that showcase outcomes and customer satisfaction. • Oversee and enhance the agency’s reputation by managing and improving reviews on platforms like Google, Shopify, and Glassdoor. • Coordinate social media activities across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to ensure consistent branding and messaging. • Support email marketing planning and execution with the Verz Email Marketing team, aligned with inbound goals and lead nurturing. • Support the Business Development team in organizing marketing events (webinars, seminars, workshops) with vendors and partners. • Proactively re-engage with existing Singapore-based clients to assess current satisfaction, evolving needs, and potential service gaps.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing (agency experience is a plus). • Good understanding of digital channels (SEO, Google Ads/SEM, social media, email marketing). • Familiarity with basic reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console) is a plus. • Strong coordination, time management, and communication skills. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and stakeholders. • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
