📋 Description

• Manage the lifecycle of digital identities, including user onboarding, transfers, and offboarding. • Administer and review access in cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Manage profiles and permissions in internal corporate systems and critical business applications. • Perform access analyses, provisioning, revocation, and periodic recertification. • Map access profiles based on roles and responsibilities using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes. • Participate in system integration projects, ensuring the proper definition of profiles and segregation of duties. • Handle access-related requests in accordance with established policies and procedures. • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize access management processes. • Support internal and external audits by providing access control evidence and reports. • Monitor compliance with corporate information security policies and identity governance requirements. • Prepare process documentation, access matrices, and operating procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate studies in Information Technology or a related field. • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts. • Experience administering access in Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, AWS IAM, and Google Cloud IAM environments. • Knowledge of access control models, such as RBAC and the principle of least privilege. • Experience with access reviews and certifications. • Knowledge of Active Directory and corporate directories. • Familiarity with governance, audit, and compliance processes. • Knowledge of ITSM tools and request fulfillment. • Experience with IAM, PAM, SSO, and MFA solutions is a plus. • Experience with identity governance projects. • Experience with frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls. • Certifications related to Information Security, Cloud, or IAM.
