📋 Description

• Contribute to ideation, design, implementation, and evaluation of breakthrough Machine Learning models deployed in the real world • Work across the entire lifecycle of the models • Improve model performance through novel architectures and training methods • Establish evaluation protocols • Implement methods for efficient training and inference • Ensure research code supports rapid development and testing of new ideas

🎯 Requirements

• Strong familiarity with the full research cycle in Machine Learning • Strong fundamentals of software engineering • Strong knowledge of Python and its ML frameworks • Experience with the full lifecycle of AI model development • Experience with ML infrastructure frameworks and tools • Experience developing new ML methods, algorithms and models • Experience with GPUs or TPUs and distributed training • Experience scaling up models and training regimes • Knowledge of classical ML methods and algorithms • Knowledge of deep learning techniques • Expertise within Architecture Research, Distillation (Model Compression), Evaluation, Code Generation, LLMs, or another listed specialty is a strong bonus • Experience with foundational models, e.g. LLMs, is nice to have • Published research at AI conferences is nice to have • Contributions to open source ML projects are nice to have • Experience working with tabular data / predictive analytics is nice to have • High Kaggle rank is nice to have
