• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads • Manage online campaigns across various search engines (i.e. Google, Bing, etc) and social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc) • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic to website and generate leads • Develop and implement effective SEM campaigns and landing pages to generate leads • Analyze campaign data and generate reports to analyze digital marketing performance • Search Engine Marketing (SEM): creating effective performance marketing campaigns to drive leads and the lowest lead acquisition cost • Create engaging content on digital channels through both paid (SEM) and organic (SEO) channels • Design and build effective website layouts and landing page that optimize for SEO and lead conversions • Handle social media management and engagement • Copywriting, landing page design • Assist in refining company’s marketing strategy and processes
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a digital marketing role • Strong domain knowledge in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Content Marketing • Good domain knowledge of website design using Wordpress • Good domain knowledge of copywriting and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) • Good design skills with experience working with design software such as Canva, Photoshop, etc • Proficient with marketing data analysis leveraging tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads Platform, etc. • Meticulous and great attention to details • Highly organized with good time management skills • Strong communication skills verbal, written and presentations • Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Proactive and can solve problems independently • Work well with others as a good team player • Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace applications (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc) • Experience and working knowledge of front-end development (i.e. HTML, CSS) is a bonus
