📋 Description

• Support customers via Intercom in a written, friendly, and solution-oriented manner. • Help new customers with onboarding and enable them to achieve their first successes with FunnelCockpit quickly. • Document inquiries in Linear and work closely with the Product and Engineering teams. • Test new features and actively improve the Knowledge Base and AI features. • Share feedback from customer interactions and contribute to the continued development of FunnelCockpit. • Bring your own ideas and work independently.

🎯 Requirements

• You are an enrolled student, ideally studying business administration, business informatics, media, marketing, or a comparable subject. • You speak fluent German and good English. • You have a good technical understanding and are not afraid to use new tools. • You put solutions first and are helpful, courteous, and solution-oriented. • You work reliably, in a structured manner, and independently from a home office. • Initial experience in customer service, ideally in a digital environment such as SaaS, e-commerce, or IT support (nice to have). • Experience with marketing tools or landing page/funnel builders (nice to have). • Exposure to SEO and performance marketing, such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads (nice to have).
