📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end SAP MES implementation, interface, and upgrade projects from initiation through closure • Ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery • Develop comprehensive project plans and optimize resources • Manage cross-functional teams including IT, operations, quality, and regulatory stakeholders • Analyze manufacturing processes and system performance to identify optimization opportunities • Implement data-driven solutions • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations including GMP, FDA, and EMA requirements • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies • Facilitate change management activities and adoption of new systems and processes • Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders • Prepare regular reports and presentations • Mentor junior project managers

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience • At least 3 years specifically managing SAP MES implementations in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments • Expertise in SAP MES interfacing, configuration, customization, and system optimization • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP standards, and FDA and EMA regulatory compliance requirements • Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent agile certification • Ability to manage complex, multi-site projects with cross-functional teams • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Advanced proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to influence at all organizational levels • Experience with budget management and resource planning
