📋 Description

• Take end-to-end delivery accountability for business-led projects enabled by IT solutions • Gather requirements through build, testing, deployment, adoption, and handover into live service • Represent the business throughout the delivery lifecycle in partnership with the IT Technical Delivery Lead • Own and maintain project plans, budgets, risk and issue logs, dependency lists, and governance reporting • Deliver system integration activities, including interface specification, master data alignment, data migration, cutover planning, and reconciliation • Deliver web-based platform and application projects, including requirements definition, accessibility, content and data ownership, and release planning • Plan and run UAT, including test scripts, business tester coordination, defect triage, and go/no-go evidence • Manage stakeholders, business sponsors, resource allocation, and engagement to deliver business benefits • Deliver business change and adoption activities, including impact assessment, process updates, training, communications, and post-implementation support • Manage technology suppliers and development partners, including scope, performance, change control, and deliverable acceptance • Ensure projects meet quality management, computerised system validation, data integrity, and information security requirements • Provide project communications through PMO tools, steering committees, and regular updates • Resolve day-to-day issues and competing priorities, escalating matters beyond project authority • Provide guidance and informal coaching to Project Managers and project team members • Contribute lessons learned to PM&OE delivery frameworks, templates, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Formal qualification in project management at practitioner level, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and applicable work experience • Track record of personally delivering complex IT system projects to agreed scope, cost, schedule, and quality within a multi-site organisation • Experience of ERP implementation or integration work, including interface specification, master data, data migration, and cutover • Experience delivering web development projects, including requirements definition, iterative build, and release into live service • Ability to represent business interests within technology delivery and translate operational needs into system requirements • Experience planning and running UAT, including test scripts, defect triage, and go/no-go evidence • Experience of business change and adoption activity, including process updates, training delivery, and post-implementation support • Experience managing technology suppliers and development partners through acceptance of deliverables • Technical literacy covering application integration, interfaces, databases, and data structures • Working knowledge of quality management systems, computerised system validation, data integrity, and ISO or regulatory requirements • Practical project planning capability, including schedules, critical path analysis, budget tracking, and risk and issue management • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority • Degree in a scientific, engineering, business, or computing discipline (desired) • Experience with ERP platforms such as IFS, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics (desired) • Experience in diagnostics, genomics, or life sciences, including LIMS or MES (desired) • Working knowledge of agile delivery frameworks and hybrid agile/stage-gate environments (desired) • Formal qualification in business analysis, Lean, or Six Sigma (desired) • Experience working across US and EMEA time zones (desired)
