📋 Description

• Perform requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation • Convey complex requirements to internal and external stakeholders • Develop solution, requirement, and discovery documents for review • Work on multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously • Demonstrate work deliverables to internal and external stakeholders • Execute project work using Agile methodology • Design and develop workflow and functional diagrams for proposed solutions • Manage task and work tickets, including descriptions and acceptance criteria • Develop understanding of business best practices for associations and nonprofits • Work with project managers and development teams to deliver on-time, on-budget work products • Support the project team in identifying training needs for team members and clients • Document standard operating procedures • Implement and manage Salesforce CRM for multiple nonprofit clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or equivalent work experience • 2+ years of business analysis experience with a consulting or professional services firm or other large enterprise • 2+ years of business analysis experience for technology or technology services implementation projects • Excellent oral and written English communication skills; writing sample required • Experience gathering requirements, writing solution documents, and writing SOPs • Agile project experience • At least one Agile methodology certification • Salesforce certification highly desired, or required within 90 days of joining • Experience working in the non-profit or association industry preferred • Salesforce implementation or administration experience preferred • Experience administering or heavily using Fonteva, Nimble AMS, or other Salesforce solutions for non-profit organizations preferred • Quality assurance and/or acceptance testing experience strongly preferred • Ability to work 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST • Must be located in a Latin American country • Ability to use macOS as the primary workstation or willingness to learn it quickly
